Return & Exchange Policy

Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed. Our return and exchange policy is for shoes and apparel only, and subject to availability of stock for the required new size. Any requests for return and exchanges must be made within 7 days (from date item received) by contacting us via WhatsApp mobile at +6012-9085930 or email to eShop@thebikeartisans.com. All return items must be sent back in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, non-damaged with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are borne by customers.

Please note the following items are have a strict no-return policy due to hygiene and other reasons:

(a) All clearance sale items
(b) All socks

If any item received by you is found to be defective, a new replacement would be delivered to you at no additional cost upon return of the defect item. To claim a replacement for the defect item, you are required to contact The Bike Artisans by phone or email within 7 days (from date item received). All replacement item is subject to stock availability and in the event the item is not available, the purchase credit may be utilised for another item of similar item.

For all return items, we strongly suggest using a shipping service provider that has a tracking service. The Bike Artisans is not liable for any parcel that is lost in transit.

For customers outside of Malaysia, you are responsible for any shipping cost incurred for returning the parcel. You are advised to do a proper custom return declaration with your shipping service provider to avoid any taxes and duties. Any taxes and duties incurred will be charged back to customer. 

 

In the event of any dispute, The Bike Artisans Sdn Bhd reserve the right on the final decision.
